New sculpture “TEO” (which recognises the work of Thomas Ellis Owen, a 19th Century architect, engineer and developer) has now been installed.
The new piece was unveiled by Henry Pythian-Adams, great-great-grandson of Thomas Ellis Owen, at the University of Portsmouth Library, Ravelin Park. The event was covered by various media including BBC news.
